SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL

Colorado is simply beautiful!!!
After one of Connor's game this is what we saw driving back to the condo. Thank goodness I was driving, because I just pulled over on the side of the road and took this amazing picture.
This happened while we were driving. I just loved all of the clouds, I think my fam was getting sick of me talking about how pretty the clouds were. I love the turn sign in the picture it looks like it is telling you to turn into the clouds.
I know a little obsessed with the clouds. But they were so pretty and so puffy.

Love the little barn sitting in the middle of nowhere. It was picture perfect.

GETTING THE TROPHY

I know you have been on the edge of your seat waiting to see the World Series Trophy for 3rd place.....Well here it is. Pretty awesome, right.
We had a wonderful week full of baseball and vacation(my 4th of the summer). Connor's team did great!!! We are so proud of you.
Here we are after getting the trophy.  I know I look so great, but it was my 4 th game of the day.
I feel like all I ever talk about is sport events, but that is my life with 3 boyz. We had a wonderful week as a family. We were all there and we were blessed that my mom and dad and my niece were able to join us. So we had a great cheering section.
WAY TO GO DEVILS.....

p.s. I do want to ask for help. Can someone tell me how to get more than 5 pictures on a post. Every time I add pictures it will only let me add 5...HELP????

24 HOUR TURN AROUND

I have been home for 24 hours!!!! Yea I feel like I have set a new record. I have never traveled so much in my life. I just got home from Kyle's World Series where his team finished 15th. I had to leave him yesterday so I could get home and wash and pack everyone for our trip to Colorado, we leave at 8a.m. tomorrow. Kyle's team did great and they were still playing when I had to leave and it was so hard to leave my baby there! I know the family that watched him took good care of him but I was still very sad. Kyle is flying home tonight and will be home for 10 hours before we turn around and leave for Connors World Series!
I know I have been a bad blogger lately, but I have to admit that I just can't do it all!!!!
So, while I am in Colorado I will try to keep blogging and keep you posted on the baseball world.
It's off to pack, pack, pack for me......

A B-DAY CELEBRATION

Today, I took my BFF Isabel (she is a non-blogger,non-scraper and I still love her.) to celebrate her B-day.  Maybe if I did not blog or scrapbook so much and spent all the time she does in the gym, I could look like her? Well, lets get really I did say maybe.....
We went to the Roaring Fork and had a great time. I just love the birthday cake they brought out with Happy Birthday on the plate. I showered her with b-day gifts and through in a extra one for her awesome friendship during my awful trip to Mexico. She stood by me the whole time and even missed part of her trip to fly home early with me. A true friend for sure. (Michelle I still owe you, for all you did, too)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ISABEL.....

WHAT YOU WANT LADY?????

Well if this does not win me the mother of the year award I don't know what will!
Today, I had free day (a.k.a. kids at home) went to the doctors, had lunch with my girlfriend, got my nails done and got a pedi. Oh, they had the cutest designs to pick from like flowers, butterflies, dolphins, roses, etc. But being the good mom that I am, I chose to have the baseball on my big toe. The girl said "what you want lady". I said, yes a baseball. My middle hip Kyle leaves for the world series on Saturday and I need to be in FULL BASEBALL MODE.
They really did turn out pretty cute, but next time I am going with the hot pink and flowers.

RAGGIN WEDNESDAY

o.k. I have found this great blogger Staci and she has come up with Raggin Wednesday, so on Wednesday we can rag about whatever is really bothering us. Well, Staci this is for you, I dedicated my FIRST RAGGIN WEDNESDAY  to you.
I have one of those front loader washing machines. It is great and I love it. We have had it for about 5 years and over the past few  months it has been acting up. It sometimes gets cranky and decided that the door is not closed when it really is and it won't let you start the load of laundry. So after the past few months of banging on the door just with the right bang (hip hubby could always getting it to work) it would start to work for awhile and then act up again. Now that you have the picture, I finally had enough and called a repairman. Yea,,,,,he could come on Wednesday between 10-2 (which really means nothing). Great, after I booked it, I forgot I was going to Waco to pick up Cody at basketball camp. What to do , What to do,,,, I knew I needed it fixed we were all going and coming from out of town and that means is lots of dirty clothes......So....GRAMMIE to the rescue. She said she would wait for the repairman.....Yea I was finally going to get the washer fixed.....WRONG!!!!
The repairman shows up right at 10 ( I knew it was too good to be true). And what do think happened???? You guessed it the washer was working just fine. So I explained to him over the phone how sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't  and we have to bang on the door, so it is probably the door lock. He said " yes mama ,it  probably is the door lock but since it is working I am not allowed to do any repairs on it." I say...."are you kidding me". He says " Nope, you will have to give us a call to come back out when it is not working. Oh and by the way here is your bill for  $ 55.00.  So next time I call the repairman to fix the washer, that sometimes works and sometimes needs a good kick in the door( I mean bang), I will make sure that I look into my crystal ball so I know exactly what day it will not be working.
Staci, I hope my first RAGGIN WEDNESDAY is a good one.

BAYLOR CAMP

Cody went to this awesome basketball camp at Baylor in Waco, Tx. This is his second year to go and he just loves it. This year his best-bud Scott went with him. They got to stay in a dorm for 5 nights and have a little taste of what college is going to be like.  These boys are so dedicated to the game of basketball they would get up at 6:30 every morning ( thank goodness that hip hubby called him every morning) and they would not return to the dorms until 10:30 every night. Cody was so excited he go chosen to be on the ALL STAR TEAM and his team ended up winning. This is him getting presented with the ALL STAR T-shirts.  So last night we drove up to Waco and spent the night, picked up the boyz this afternoon and drove home.  Now I am getting Cody all unpacked only to turn around and pack myself and Kyle to leave on Saturday to go to his baseball world series in Kansas City. I went there last year to Connors World series and all I have to say is that my mom said if you have nothing nice to say, then don't say anything. So I will not say anything about having to go back to Kansas City. I am excited for Kyle and I am excited to watch him play......off to wash and pack.

*******4TH OF JULY*******

4th of July.....or as my hip boyz use to say when they were little
For the JULY...a.k.a. 4th.
We had a wonderful day filled with family and fun. The boyz had a blast just swimming in the pool and acting crazy. I just love the picture of Kyle upside down, he is our little dare-devil.

Hip Hubby just loves to use his outdoor kitchen, but not as much as I love for him to use it, then that means he is doing the cooking.....yea..
My mom and I relaxed in the outdoor kitchen area. I just got this outdoor furniture and I love it.  Don't ya just love the cute pig on the table? My mom got that 4 me, I love it. We had a great day sitting out relaxing and watching the hip boyz. Of course the boyz were ticked because we could not do fireworks. Our neighborhood had the security out and even hired police to patrol. It seems like I live in the hood or something, I guess some of the homeowners with nothing better do came up with that wonderful idea. Actually, knowing the neighbors we have they were smart to patrol, last year one of the neighbors spent over $1,000 on fireworks...Do you know what that can buy at Nordstroms???? My very spoiled children got the $20.00 (baby version) pack from Target, I'm no dummy I did not want to get in trouble with the law.
*****HAPPY 4TH OF JULY*****
